Christopher Cole Founder
A fourth generation builder in the DFW area, Mr. Cole brings experience in high-end hospitality and building products as well as luxury homebuilding for over 20 years. Having grown up in the Preston Hollow/Park Cities area, Chris has an appreciation for the quality, architectural significance, and attention to detail that make the homes in these neighborhoods desirable.
He prides himself on his extensive involvement from the very beginning to completion of each project.
Celina Mason
Operations
Ms. Mason brings an extensive background in operational management, corporate support, customer service and sales. Celina previously held key management and operational positions with national companies such as Palm Beach Tan and Blockbuster.
Jason Kongabel

As one of the Cole’s key partners for architectural design, Mr. Kongabel’s creative vision, artistic expression, and problem-solving capabilities set a foundation for designing distinctive environments that communicate a unique point of view. With a shared vision of turning dreams into reality, Jason and Chris partner to bring homes of vision and lasting character to their clients.
Gustavo Estrada
Project Management
Mr. Estrada has been a key member of Cole & Co. since 2012 and has recently expanded his role to include project management. Gustavo’s attention to detail and follow-through make him an important part of the Cole team.
NANCY MODERI
Designer
Ms. Moderi coordinates color schemes and interior selections for Cole & Co.’s speculative construction projects. Nancy’s ability to infuse timeless designs with just the right measure of current trends draws approval from prospective homebuyers time and time again.
