Cole & Co. is a boutique custom home builder that provides turnkey construction solutions including design, architecture, and general contracting with a focus on residential new construction and “reconstruction” Preston Hollow and the Park Cities.

Through nearly three decades of experience in construction and redevelopment, Mr. Cole and Cole & Co. have built a solid reputation, differentiating itself by working closely with selective clientele to deliver design-build solutions with superior quality.

Cole & Co. is available to build on your lot as well as assist with lot acquisition followed by design and construction. We have key architects we work with regularly that would be available for your project, but are also happy to work with your preferred outside firm. Meet the team.
