SOFT CONTEMPORARY RECONSTRUCTION

This foundation-up reconstruction in Preston Hollow combined the best of old and new with attention to every detail as the entire roof was taken off, new framing and mechanical planned throughout, and the latest in technology and finishes were brought in.  The soft-contemporary home was painstakingly reconstructed from the ground as a new home with 5123 sf featuring incredible flow for entertaining.

The home was rebuilt for entertaining paying attention to flow with high-end finishes throughout, starting with the 11-foot foyer inside the massive custom iron door and entrance fitted with custom ‘tornado’ gas lanterns then continuing through the expansive gallery and formals area and into the spectacular kitchen and great room. 

Using an abundance of windows and transoms, the natural light reflects throughout, while specialty recessed and low voltage directional lighting was designed to enhance the most coveted of art collections!
